Okay Brian you and your staff out did yourselves today.The crawfish boil was a hit..The fried catfish was "LAGNIAPPE".Thanks for the home grown music and food. We all had a great time GREAT JOB now get so rest for the next one.

Hey Brian the Crawfish Boil was really Fun!! We got to meet alot of people from LA, who knew there was this many mis-placed Cajuns!! It was really fun, looking forward to round2!! Thanks to your family as well, They did a GREAT Job!!
