We're THRILLED to finally find REAL Louisiana cooking here in the Triangle area! There's simply nothing as good anywhere else we've tried locally and we keep going back to Louise's for more! We just can't get enough! Everything we've had has been deee-licious! It's so wonderful that we've found you, Brian!

I stumbled onto Louise's a few months ago on my way home from a LONG trip from Raleigh to Goldsboro an drove right by it at first. I turned around and went back to ordered a daily special - crawfish wrap with spicy remoulade. It was AWESOME!! A few weeks ago, I had such a cravin' that I made up an excuse to leave my pregnant wife home and went and got another daily special - blackened catfish over rice with a brown shrimp gravy. I thought I had died and gone to heaven! Since I ate it outside at the picnic table, I had no shame - I liked the styrofoam container it came in because the rich brown gravy was so good. If you like cajun/creole food at all, you gotta go. If you've never tried it - GO - you'll wonder why you've never had this before! I can't say enough about how good it is - I'm going back - right now!
