My wife and I were invited out to a friends house in Garner last night. He's from Thibodaux,his wife went to LSU,my wife from Bayou Blue and myself New Orleans.
They picked up your sampler dish for each one of us to have as a Mardi Gras dinner..My wife and I both agreed it was cooked the way we are use to Louisiana cookin to be.
Great job. Keep up the good work here in the Carolina's.
I will pass your place on to others I know from Louisiana who live here.
